Title: Penne Rigate with Cheese

4cWater
1/4tsSalt
1/4lbPenne rigate
1tbButter
 pnGrated nutmeg
  Freshly ground black pepper 4 turns of the pepper mill
2ozGrated Parmesan or Gruyere cheese

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the salt and penne. Bring to a boil again, stirring. Cook for about 12 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente. Drain.

Transfer the pasta to a saucepan. Add the butter, nutmeg, pepper, and cheese. Mix well and transfer to a serving platter.
